  • Reviewed other telemedicine, urgent care, and health clinic websites to see how they structure service pages, online booking, safety/privacy statements, and FAQs.

  • Defined primary audience segments:

    1. Patients seeking urgent care or internal medicine online

    2. Returning patients / follow up care

    3. New patients who need orientation about costs, insurance, how telehealth works

Information Architecture & Wireframes

  • Site map included main pages: Home, About Us, Services, Blogs / Updates, Areas Served, Contact

  • Wireframes designed for multiple templates:

    • Services pages (Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Wellness Care)

    • FAQ page

    • Blog / news posts

    • Contact / Appointment booking links

Visual & Brand Design

  • Developed a design in Figma with clean, professional aesthetics, using colours and typefaces that suggest clarity, trust, and healthcare standards.

  • Created visual hierarchy to prioritize key calls to action (“Book Appointment”, “Learn More About Services”)

  • Designed imagery and iconography (e.g. medical symbols, friendly portraits, clean interface)

  • Ensured consistency in branding (colours, typography, button styles, spacing) across all pages and components
