Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of my services as a freelancer (“I,” “me,” or “my”) and form a legally binding agreement between you (“Client” or “you”) and me. By engaging my services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

I offer professional services including, but not limited to:

Website design and development

Graphic design

Mobile app design

Social media marketing and management

Details of each project will be agreed upon in writing (via email, proposal, or contract) before work begins.

2. Project Scope & Revisions

The scope of work will be defined in the project agreement.

Minor revisions are included as specified in the proposal. Major changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Timelines will be communicated, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or delayed feedback from the Client.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide all required content, images, and information promptly.

Ensure that any material supplied does not infringe copyright or violate laws.

Respond in a timely manner to feedback requests to avoid delays.

4. Payments

A [percentage, e.g., 50%] advance payment is required to start the project.

Remaining payment is due upon project completion or as per the agreed milestones.

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases of non-delivery by me.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client will own the final deliverables (e.g., designs, websites, marketing materials).

I retain the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

Any unused concepts, drafts, or design elements remain my property.

6. Confidentiality

I respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

I will deliver services with reasonable skill and care, but I cannot guarantee specific business results (e.g., increased sales or traffic).

I am not liable for issues caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or platforms outside my control.

My total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In such cases:

The Client must pay for work already completed.

Advance payments may be retained to cover time and resources spent.

9. Third-Party Services

If a project requires third-party services (hosting, plugins, software, advertising platforms), the Client will be responsible for their fees and compliance with those terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], and disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your City/Region].

11. Updates to Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on my website or shared with clients directly.
